it is reported that the total scale of this event reached 20,000 people, with four events: half marathon (21.0975 kilometers), health run (9 kilometers), fun run (3 kilometers), and parent-child run (3 kilometers). among them, the number of participants in the half marathon is 6,000, the number of participants in the health run is 2,000, the number of participants in the fun run is 10,000, and the number of participants in the parent-child run is 2,000.
the starting point of this event is located at the daye convention and exhibition center, passing through xinye avenue and yinjia lake bridge. the end point of the half marathon is located at the convention and exhibition center, the end point of the health run is located at jinpai daye sports park, and the end point of the fun run and parent-child run is located at hengda happy world in daye city. runners can use their feet to measure the charm of daye city and touch the historical pulse of daye.
the event adopts online registration. participants can log in to the official website of the 2024 hubei daye half marathon and the third-party cooperation platform, and register and pay according to the prompts.
starting from the starting point of the track, there is a beverage (drinking water) station every 5 kilometers, and a water (drinking water) station is set up between 2 beverage (drinking water) stations. supply stations are set up at 10 kilometers, 12.5 kilometers, 15 kilometers, 17.5 kilometers, 20 kilometers and the halfway point along the track.
this event will set up a "five-level" medical rescue support system, with a medical station every 2.5 kilometers, a total of 12 medical stations, and 14 emergency vehicles to handle emergency medical situations in a timely manner and fully protect the lives of the contestants.
