at the event, the central-local collaborative innovation alliance, jointly initiated by the xicheng district development and reform commission, xicheng park management committee (district science and technology commission) and desheng street together with some central enterprises and financial institutions, was officially launched. key central-local cooperation projects involving data assets, smart energy and other fields were signed on the spot.
the "3060" plan for green, low-carbon and high-quality development in xicheng district was released. it is planned to take three years to promote 30 primary and secondary schools in the district to be the first to build "zero-carbon schools", and 60 key financial institutions, communication operators, central enterprises and public institutions to participate in green electricity consumption, to achieve a green electricity coverage rate of more than 30%, and an annual green electricity consumption of more than 700 million kwh. at the same time, relying on this plan, a bridge for cooperation and exchange between government and enterprises on green and low-carbon innovation will be built.
as the core functional area of the capital, xicheng district has focused on the "4+n" industrial development direction in recent years, building a new development pattern of "financial street in the north, data street in the south, and beijing stock exchange in the middle". desheng subdistrict has a total of 318 national high-tech enterprises, 456 zhongguancun high-tech enterprises, 7 national-level specialized and new "little giant" enterprises, and 44 beijing-level specialized and new enterprises. in the future, the subdistrict will rely on the "2024 desheng science and technology innovation exchange" series of activities to build an exchange and cooperation platform to promote the coordinated implementation of scientific and technological innovation between the central and local governments.
