after the project collection deadline of the "maker world·hangzhou to the future" 2024 hangzhou overseas high-level talent innovation and entrepreneurship competition brain-like intelligence special competition on september 6, the audition review was successfully completed on september 13. after a month of project collection, a total of 126 projects met the registration requirements and 108 projects passed the basic qualification review.
the selection and review of the brain-like intelligence competition has been completed
the jury for this audition is composed of expert judges and investors with experience in the industrialization of brain-computer intelligence. the evaluation is conducted in written form, and scores are given from multiple dimensions such as technology, team, and market. finally, 50 projects will be selected to enter the semi-finals.
the semi-finals will be divided into domestic and international groups, which will be held in hangzhou future science and technology city on september 26-27 and in singapore on october 28 in the form of on-site roadshows. in the end, 20 projects will pass the semi-finals and enter the finals to compete for the top three and the winning prize.

the total prize money of this competition is rmb 1 million, including one first prize of rmb 200,000; three second prizes of rmb 100,000 each; six third prizes of rmb 50,000 each; and ten winning prizes of rmb 20,000 each.
in addition, the organizing committee will recommend major venture capital institutions to conduct one-on-one financing matching with participating projects; top talent projects will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. top talent projects can be granted a total of up to 100 million yuan in funding support after being identified (refer to the official government policy standards for identification qualifications).
the top three winning projects that are established in yuhang district within one year after the end of the special competition can enjoy the "haichuang future" excellent talent project support policy without evaluation, that is, a maximum of 6 million yuan in r&d expense subsidies and a maximum of 1.5 million yuan in workplace rental subsidies, and can apply for up to 10 million yuan in angel guidance fund funding, enjoy up to 5 million yuan in principal interest-subsidized loans, service vouchers and other subsidies (for details, please refer to the relevant regulations of the "haichuang future" excellent talent project evaluation). those who meet the conditions can be recommended to apply for leading talent projects first, and enjoy up to 12 million yuan in r&d subsidies and up to 3 million yuan in rental subsidies.
after landing, project holders who apply to be recognized as hangzhou municipal talents in accordance with the catalog can enjoy housing subsidies of up to 8 million yuan, as well as academic leave, car registration, provident fund loan discounts and other security services; postdoctoral fellows who work in yuhang district within one year of leaving the station can enjoy a living allowance of up to 900,000 yuan; graduates from domestic and foreign universities can enjoy a living allowance of up to 180,000 yuan.
for projects that advance to the finals of the municipal competition, prize money will be awarded based on the principle of the highest non-duplication.
