question: who can make up for it?
individual consumers who transfer their own fujian licensed passenger cars in fujian province between august 31, 2024 and december 31, 2024, purchase new passenger cars with a body price of rmb 50,000 (including rmb 50,000 in total price and tax) or more in xiamen and register them in fujian province, and the new cars are registered for non-operational use, can apply for a one-time car purchase subsidy. the consumer who transfers the old car must be the same person who purchases the new car.
question: how much compensation?
according to the purchase price of a new car (the amount of the car purchase invoice, the total price and tax), it is divided into three levels:
for vehicles priced between rmb 50,000 (inclusive) and rmb 150,000 (exclusive), a subsidy of rmb 8,000 per vehicle will be provided for purchasing fuel vehicles.
for vehicles with a purchase price between rmb 150,000 (inclusive) and rmb 250,000 (exclusive), the subsidy for purchasing a fuel vehicle is rmb 12,000 per vehicle.
for vehicles priced at rmb 250,000 (inclusive) or above, a subsidy of rmb 15,000 per vehicle will be provided for purchasing fuel vehicles.
the purchase of new energy vehicles will receive an additional subsidy of 1,000 yuan on top of the above levels. xiamen city implements a unified subsidy standard, and each district is not allowed to overlap.
each time you transfer an old car and buy a new car, you can enjoy a subsidy; it is implemented according to the principle of "transfer within the province, purchase a car locally, and apply locally". the same new car cannot enjoy the "national car trade-in (scrap renewal)" and car replacement renewal subsidies repeatedly. individual consumers can choose one. if you have received one of the subsidies, your application for the other subsidy will not be accepted.
question: how to make up for it?
from now until 24:00 on january 10, 2025, individual consumers who meet the subsidy conditions can enter the declaration entrance of each district of the "xiamen automobile replacement and renewal service zone" through the unionpay app (mini program), fill in the relevant information according to the system prompts, and upload the applicant information, old car information, new car information and other materials.
it is important to note that:
used cars transferred by individual consumers should have been registered in their name before june 11, 2024 (inclusive), and the registration date stated on the old car's "motor vehicle registration certificate" shall prevail.
the date for individual consumers to transfer used cars is from august 31, 2024 to december 31, 2024. the date of transfer of used cars shall be based on the invoice date stated on the "used car sales unified invoice".
the place of issuance of the "motor vehicle sales unified invoice" for new vehicles must be xiamen city.
the purchase date of the new car is from august 31, 2024 to december 31, 2024. the purchase date of the new car shall be based on the invoice date stated on the "motor vehicle sales unified invoice".
individual consumers purchasing a new car must complete the vehicle registration procedures with the fujian provincial public security traffic management department before december 31, 2024; the registration date shall be based on the registration date stated on the "motor vehicle driving license".

individual consumers who consumed in xiamen and issued invoices in xiamen from september 14, 2024 to december 31, 2024.
the purchases include eight types of household appliances: refrigerators (including freezers), washing machines (including washer-dryers), televisions (including touch-screen smart screens and projectors), air conditioners (including central air conditioners), computers (including desktops and laptops), water heaters, household stoves (including integrated stoves), and range hoods.
question: how much compensation?
for individual consumers who purchase products with energy efficiency or water efficiency standards of level 2 or above, a subsidy of 15% of the product sales price (based on the tax-inclusive price of the product sales invoice, the same below) will be given. for those who purchase products with energy efficiency or water efficiency standards of level 1 or above, an additional subsidy of 5% of the product sales price will be given.
each consumer can subsidize one product of each category, and the subsidy for each product shall not exceed rmb 2,000.
question: how to make up for it?
after individual consumers have completed real-name authentication on the unionpay quickpass platform and have obtained subsidy eligibility for the corresponding category, they can then purchase eligible new home appliances at participating merchants, pay for each eligible subsidized product separately, and issue a separate invoice with the individual's name on it. once they make payment, they can enjoy instant subsidy reductions.

for each consumer who spends rmb 1,000 or more in a single transaction, a subsidy of 20% of the product sales price (after excluding all discounts) will be given. the maximum subsidy for a single transaction is rmb 2,000, and the cumulative subsidy shall not exceed rmb 20,000.
