at 1:58 and 2:07 a.m., the boeing 747-8 and a boeing 787-9 wide-body aircraft, the largest passenger aircraft currently operated by air china in china, simultaneously performed test flight verification tasks such as the instrument flight procedure for the fourth runway on the first and fourth runways of jiangbei international airport. at 5:20 a.m., the b747-8 aircraft successfully landed on the fourth runway after completing the verification subjects in the air and carried out a deceleration taxi test. it has been verified that the overall test flight process was smooth and all flight indicators were normal and in line with industry standards.

it is understood that in order to ensure the safe and efficient completion of the test flight, under the guidance of the civil aviation administration of southwest china and the chongqing municipal transportation commission, the civil aviation chongqing regulatory bureau, the civil aviation chongqing air traffic control bureau, the chongqing airport group and other units have made sufficient preparations, carefully formulated test flight plans, control command plans, ground support plans, etc., and used simulators for simulation verification many times. it was decided to use full-time night flight and dual-aircraft flight plans for field verification, which effectively shortened the test flight time and reduced the impact of the test flight on normal flights.
