on september 9, 2024, a temporary land use was approved by tai'an natural resources and planning bureau and is now publicized:

2. project name: construction access road and temporary land for steel bar processing plant of the second section of the new jinan-zaozhuang railway project (jztj-3 bid section);
3. project purpose: construction access road, steel bar processing plant;
iv. location and area: located in beidianzi village, nandianzi village, xiwang village, dongxia village, qianjiuxian village, zhongjiuxian village, dongyanglou village, shengyuanguanzhuang village, yangloudong village, and yanglounan village, with a total area of 68,792 square meters;
