it is understood that the "2024 beijing rural revitalization talent excellent entrepreneurship project selection activity and the 8th beijing rural entrepreneurship competition" jointly carried out by 7 departments including the beijing municipal committee of the communist party of china, the municipal talent bureau, the municipal culture and tourism bureau, the municipal economic and information bureau, the municipal federation of trade unions, the municipal youth league committee, the municipal women's federation and the pinggu district government has attracted extensive participation from all walks of life. a total of nearly 100 entrepreneurial projects have entered the municipal selection scope, covering major fields such as modern seed industry, efficient breeding, smart agriculture, leisure agriculture, and rural characteristic industries. among them, entrepreneurial projects such as agricultural big data services and agricultural intelligent inspection robots account for more than 30%, becoming a new hotspot for rural talent entrepreneurship, reflecting that the entrepreneurial direction of beijing's agriculture is accelerating the transformation to high-quality development led by new quality productivity. among the contestants, 45% have a master's degree or above, and 73% are born in the 1980s. more and more young talents with ideals, ambitions, and high education have gathered in the suburbs of beijing to help rural revitalization.
