musk threatens to sue faa

however, musk was not convinced, and he said on x that spacex would sue the faa for excessive regulation. "nasa believes spacex can transport all astronauts to and from the international space station, but for some reason the faa leadership thinks they know better," musk told his nearly 200 million fans.
