hunan daily, september 14 (all-media reporter zheng xuan) in accordance with the relevant requirements of the state council's "action plan to promote large-scale equipment renewal and consumer goods replacement", hunan has increased support for equipment renewal and technological transformation in key energy fields. recently, the provincial development and reform commission interpreted the relevant policies on the application of equipment renewal projects in key energy fields.
this year, hunan mainly supports eight directions of energy and power facility equipment renewal: high-proportion new energy transmission transformation and upgrading, grid-type control technology upgrading and transformation, large power grid stability improvement and transformation, distribution network equipment renewal and transformation, new energy grid connection performance improvement and transformation, new energy storage power station transformation and upgrading, virtual power plant equipment renewal and transformation, wind power, photovoltaic, coal-to-oil and gas project equipment renewal and transformation.
according to the relevant person in charge of the electric power department of the provincial energy bureau, energy and power facility equipment renewal projects should be stock projects, and distribution network equipment renewal and transformation projects must be bundled and reported at the prefecture-level. in addition, projects with industrial policy requirements must implement national or provincial planning, capacity replacement and other regulations.
