hong mengkai said that looking through the budget book, the scale of publicity funds for the taiwan police department in the past few years has been around 10 million. this year, the same content is included, but more is allocated than in the past eight years. the lai administration's first year has been higher than tsai ing-wen's eight years. is this a slap in the face? it completely disregards fiscal discipline.

hong mengkai also mentioned that increasing the anti-fraud advertising budget does not mean that the public's awareness of fraud can actually be improved. on the contrary, spending more money on advertising will make specific media more profitable? spending more money on advertising means that they are incompetent in fighting fraud, but they still have the nerve to spend more money to whitewash the situation.

hong mengkai explained in detail that the top five budgets for publicity expenses of the taiwan authorities this year are the taiwan interior affairs department (260 million), the administrative management agency (220 million), the agricultural affairs department (140 million), the transportation department (139 million), and the education department (132 million). a reasonable budget will not be blocked, but unreasonable publicity expenses must not be wasted. this is what we must insist on in future budget reviews, and it is worthy of all the hard-working taiwanese people.
