some netizens responded, saying: "i can't imagine that this is a propaganda slogan of a civil service examination institution", "is such personal awareness really suitable for taking the civil service examination", "who have we girls offended", "is the purpose of taking the civil service examination to be able to hug other people's daughters? what kind of value is this?"

in this regard, the reporter interviewed huatu education about the authenticity of the picture content and the relevant review process. the relevant person in charge of huatu education said: "the incident has been promptly reported to the leadership, and the advertisement was taken offline as soon as possible."

in fact, as one of the three major public examination training institutions along with fanbi and offcn, this is not the first time that huatu education has "crashed" due to advertising and marketing.

in august this year, the chongqing market supervision bureau released a number of typical cases of false and illegal advertisements in sichuan and chongqing. among them, the sichuan branch of huatu education was fined 200,000 yuan for promoting the slogans "the end of the universe is the establishment" and "you will pass every exam."

it is understood that the company involved is the dazhou branch of beijing huatu hongyang education and culture development co., ltd. the party published education and training advertisements at its business premises, which contained content such as "more than 6 million students experience and learn various courses of huatu every year" and "more than half of the practitioners who enter the public service system such as civil servants, teachers, institutions, finance, and medical care every year have received services from huatu".

at the same time, the parties also printed content such as "pass every exam", "get a job", "the end of the universe is the establishment, and the end of the establishment is the civil service" on promotional bags, making explicit or implicit guarantees on the training results to attract consumers.

according to the notice, the above-mentioned behavior of the parties violated the relevant provisions of the "advertising law of the people's republic of china". in april 2024, the market supervision bureau of tongchuan district, dazhou city, sichuan province imposed an administrative penalty of 200,000 yuan on the parties in accordance with the law.

earlier in 2020, a propaganda slogan hung on the streets of yingshan branch of huatu education in huanggang city, hubei province, caused widespread controversy. the slogan said, "if you pass the civil service exam, you can rule the country and choose your wife."

at that time, some industry insiders pointed out that the relevant departments should not condone such propaganda by training institutions as "if you pass the civil service exam, you can choose the country and the wife you want". after all, such propaganda is vulgar and false, and it is also a stigmatization of the civil service. this also warns later generations that they should strictly control the scale of advertising and standardize the language of propaganda. this is not only responsible for the candidates, but also for their own image and the market, and they cannot do it arbitrarily.

it is reported that huatu education was established in 2001. its main business covers the recruitment examination training business for civil servants, public institutions, teachers and other types of talents. it is a long-established public examination training giant. in 2011, huatu completed the shareholding system transformation and tried to enter the capital market. in september 2012, huatu education filed for listing guidance, but in the following years, huatu education has never been successfully listed.

after a series of operations such as switching to the new third board, two failed backdoor listings, independent listing, and switching to the hong kong stock exchange, huatu education has failed to launch an ipo five times in a period of eight years. in september 2019, huatu education once again tried to go public through a backdoor listing and became the largest shareholder of shanding design with 750 million yuan. in may 2020, the company's securities name was changed from "shanding design" to "huatu shanding". in july last year, huatu shanding officially announced the expansion of its vocational education business, marking that huatu education's tortuous road to listing may have entered the final stage.
