public information shows that xu xiaojian, male, was born in wuhan, hubei in september 1962, and is of han nationality. he has a university degree and is a senior economist. he has worked in the rural credit system for many years, and has served as a cadre of wuhan hongshan credit cooperative, deputy director of nanhu branch, deputy director of wuhan hongshan rural credit cooperative, deputy director and director of wuhan jiufeng rural credit cooperative, deputy secretary and deputy director of the party committee of hongshan district credit union, secretary and director of the party committee of jiangnan credit cooperative union, and member of the party committee and deputy director of wuhan rural credit cooperative union. from july 2009 to july 2012, he served as a director, vice president, and member of the party committee of wuhan rural commercial bank; in august 2012, he served as president, vice chairman, and deputy secretary of the party committee of wuhan rural commercial bank, and was a member of the 11th hubei provincial committee of the chinese people's political consultative conference; in 2016, he served as chairman of wuhan rural commercial bank and served until 2022.

former president chen zanxiong was also investigated

according to official information disclosed in 2017, chen zanxiong, male, was born in february 1963, of han nationality, native of wuhan, hubei, a postgraduate student, a doctor of management, a senior economist, and started working in january 1982. he was the vice chairman, general manager, and party branch secretary of wuhan science and technology trust and investment company, assistant director, deputy director, and member of the party committee of wuhan rural credit cooperative union, president, director, and deputy secretary of the party committee of wuhan rural commercial bank, general manager, vice chairman, and deputy secretary of the party committee of wuhan economic development investment (group) co., ltd., and general manager, vice chairman, and deputy secretary of the party committee of wuhan financial holding (group) co., ltd. at that time, he was the chairman and party secretary of wuhan financial holding (group) co., ltd., a member of the standing committee of the wuhan municipal people's congress, and the deputy director of the finance and economics committee of the wuhan municipal people's congress. during this period, he also served as the chairman and party secretary of hubei financial leasing co., ltd.
