can the "100 milliseconds" extreme task be achieved? the technical team led by xu rujun, co-founder and cto (chief technology officer) of shanghai yuben intelligent technology co., ltd., gave their own answer. at present, the core products independently developed by this team, such as the yobiai robot operation area personnel safety intelligent management system, are providing services to factories of leading companies such as huawei, emerson, and goertek, solving the core pain points of industrial safety management and intelligent detection.

xu rujun has been working in the field of computer vision and image processing for a long time. his projects include lightweight intelligent edge computing systems, mobile robots, and autonomous driving products. the reason why he firmly chose the industrial direction is that he believes that ai has profound application prospects in this field.
in the summer three years ago, xu rujun spent about a month coding the prototype of yobiai industrial safety eye on his laptop. "at that time, we took this prototype to meet customers and demonstrated the simulated functions. the production supervisors of the factory were very excited when they saw that ai could automatically identify people in the work area, send alarm signals in real time, and slow down or stop the robot arm." the expressions on the customers' faces confirmed the real market value of the product, and the next challenge was to go from prototype to prototype.
just do it. xu rujun immediately took a small team to the factory to develop and optimize product functions based on actual production scenarios. until now, he still remembers the scene of the first on-site test. you know, three years ago, most people were skeptical about the stability and security of ai. "after all, it was the 'first to try', and the customer was very cautious at the time." xu rujun recalled that in order to test the recognition ability of ai, the customer specially found someone to put a cloak on himself for camouflage. it was this seemingly "ridiculous" test that gave xu rujun more confidence in the innovation of the product.
today, the first-time customers have become loyal fans of yobiai's industrial safety eye product series. with high-precision 2d-to-3d judgment, this series of products can quickly identify and control the start and stop of equipment within 100 milliseconds, greatly reducing the risk of accidents in the work area.

xu rujun strives for perfection in every detail of every job. everyone says he is a "detail control". he always thinks about and tries new methods and concepts to continuously improve and enhance product quality and efficiency. in the past three years, he has been busy with the iteration and upgrade of yobiai industrial safety eye. in addition, one of the application examples of yobiai industrial inspection eye - yobiai tablet intelligent inspection system, uses yuben intelligent's original high-frame rate video stream detection technology, with a detection speed of up to 90 frames per second, achieving a single device's inspection capacity of 25,000 tablets per minute, and a high detection accuracy of less than 5 tablets per million with a false detection rate, and the number of missed detections does not exceed 2 tablets, which helps to improve the efficiency and accuracy of drug inspection.
