information shows that combined with the brand's own interest-free and subsidy activities, recent car buyers who apply for policy subsidies can save a total of 20,000 to 40,000 yuan on the total purchase price of a new car.

henan: maximum subsidy is 16,000 yuan

in april this year, the ministry of commerce, the ministry of finance and other departments issued the "implementation rules for car trade-in subsidies" to implement the "notice of the state council on issuing the action plan to promote large-scale equipment updates and consumer goods trade-in".

the implementation details of the car replacement and renewal subsidy released on the official website of the henan provincial department of commerce on september 10 show that from july 25, 2024 to december 31, 2024 (including that day, the same below), according to the principle of "one subsidy for each transfer of an old passenger car and purchase of a new passenger car" and "until the funds run out", individual consumers who transfer (excluding change of registration and scrapping) non-commercial passenger cars under their own name within the province and purchase, register and license new non-commercial passenger cars within the province will be given a one-time subsidy.

anhui: subsidy for scrapping and renewal is up to 20,000 yuan

on september 7, the "implementation rules for the subsidy for automobile scrapping and renewal in anhui province" were released. the rules clearly state that from april 24, 2024 to december 31, 2024, individual consumers who scrap fuel passenger cars with emission standards of national iii or below or new energy passenger cars registered before april 30, 2018 will receive a subsidy of 20,000 yuan; those who scrap fuel passenger cars with emission standards of national iii or below and purchase fuel passenger cars with a displacement of 2.0 liters or less will receive a subsidy of 15,000 yuan.
