after verification, the real identity of the netizen was sun from a certain street in our city. he was punished by the traffic police for violating the "road traffic safety law of the people's republic of china". he was dissatisfied and tampered with his ticket through an online applet, filmed it and uploaded it to an online platform account to gain traffic, suspected of disturbing public order. in accordance with article 25 (1) of the "public security administration punishment law of the people's republic of china", the anqiu municipal public security bureau imposed administrative penalties on sun in accordance with the law.
