in terms of social integration, the channels for taiwan compatriots to travel are more unobstructed, and the "mini three links" routes continue to increase, from 26 flights per week at the beginning of the resumption of flights to a maximum of 182 flights. in the first half of this year, 434,000 taiwan compatriots entered fujian from fujian ports, an increase of 1.65 times. taiwan compatriots live more conveniently in fujian, and the social application of taiwan compatriots' residence permits has basically achieved the same convenience as mainland residents' identity cards. in the first half of this year, the issuance of five-year taiwan compatriots' certificates increased by 46.6% year-on-year; the issuance of taiwan residents' residence permits increased by 2.63 times year-on-year. taiwan compatriots have more guarantees for employment and entrepreneurship in fujian. three batches of direct recognition of taiwan's professional skills qualification catalogs, totaling 50 occupations, have been announced, and more than 1,500 taiwan compatriots have obtained corresponding certificates through direct recognition. taiwan compatriots have more extensive social participation in fujian. some taiwan compatriots have served as or been hired as heads of social organizations such as taiwan-funded enterprise associations, legal persons, arbitrators, mediators, and jurors.
