as the first "prosecution film and television incubation demonstration platform" in the country, the platform relies on the rich resources of the fujian provincial procuratorate and the xiamen procuratorate, universities, and radio and television management departments. it mainly serves the creative teams of procuratorial film and television projects to go to xiamen for field trips and experience case handling, organize procuratorial film and television script seminars, hold procuratorial film and television script creation training, script collection and incubation and other activities, establish a procuratorial film and television expert advisory group, and jointly carry out procuratorial film and television creation research projects with xiamen universities. it is a comprehensive platform integrating procuratorial film and television project incubation, creation training, script discussion and collection.

we have innovated the international commercial maritime trial mechanism, issued the first chinese and english version of the court rules and model clauses of the jurisdiction agreement for local courts nationwide, and promoted the "three-in-one" pilot of maritime trials. since their establishment, the international commercial court and the foreign maritime court have accepted more than 2,300 commercial maritime cases with a total amount of more than 19 billion yuan, and foreign-related cases involving more than 40 countries and regions. we have handled a number of typical cases, such as the general average dispute case applying the "york-antwerp rules 1994", the series of air cargo transportation cases of fedex v. a company in xiamen, and the maritime cargo transportation contract dispute case of a bean company in fujian v. a foreign shipping company, which have enhanced the international influence of foreign-related commercial maritime trials.

the service scope of the fujian provincial foreign law ascertainment center has been expanded, and a new foreign criminal law ascertainment platform has been established to achieve full coverage of civil, commercial, and criminal fields. through market-oriented means, it has radiated inside and outside the province, and established regional centers in more than 30 countries and regions such as france, vietnam, and south africa. since its establishment in august 2022, it has provided more than 120 foreign law ascertainment services, providing professional support for judicial organs to properly resolve disputes and enterprises to prevent legal risks.

achievement 8: china's first antitrust review and compliance guidance center was put into operation

with the support of the state administration for market regulation and relying on the platform resources of the maritime silk road central legal district, it was jointly established by six parties including the market supervision and management departments of shanghai and fujian province to provide antitrust review compliance counseling services for mergers and acquisitions and strategic transformation of enterprises in fujian, shanghai and surrounding provinces and cities. since its establishment in november 2023, it has completed compliance counseling for many cross-provincial and cross-border m&a cases, with a target amount of more than 12.5 billion yuan.
