on september 9, hopson development holdings limited (00754.hk) announced that in august, the total contract sales amount of hopson development holdings group was approximately rmb 1.389 billion, of which property contract sales were approximately rmb 1.330 billion; decoration contract sales were approximately rmb 0.59 billion.
for the eight months ending august 31, 2024, hopson development group's total contract sales amounted to approximately rmb 11.727 billion, down 35.9% year-on-year, of which property contract sales amounted to approximately rmb 11.311 billion and renovation contract sales amounted to approximately rmb 416 million. the group's property contract sales area was approximately 383,586 square meters, and the average property contract sales price was approximately rmb 29,488 per square meter.
in terms of non-self-invested properties built and managed under the "hopson" brand, in august, the contracted sales area of the group's hopson-managed properties was approximately 2,359 square meters, and the contracted sales amount was approximately rmb 159 million. in the first eight months of this year, the total contracted sales area of hopson-managed properties was approximately 33,442 square meters, and the contracted sales amount was approximately rmb 2.331 billion.
