registered anchors will compete in two tracks: short video and live broadcast.
short video track: the anchor will appear in the form of camera to shoot short videos that reflect hubei's scenic spots, ecological nature, city landmarks, beautiful countryside, folk culture, cultural and tourism business districts, special food, local specialties, as well as the development of characteristic industries in various places, the promotion of high-quality economic and social development, and the protection and improvement of people's livelihood. it can be a touching story between me and hubei, or it can be a collision of ideas with historical celebrities, a beautiful encounter with jingshan and chushui, the accumulation and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage, and the ingenious creation of chu-flavored cuisine... there is no limit to the theme, as long as it is related to hubei, you can participate in the competition.
live broadcast track: live broadcast can be done inside or outside the studio, and can display content about hubei's economy, culture, tourism, technology, art, etc., and express emotional connection with hubei from the aspects of history, popular science, storytelling, artistic performances, calligraphy and painting, tourist visits, travel recommendations, and food making; you can also talk about the history of jingchu, praise celebrities throughout the ages, and share cultural books and historical sites; you can also promote jingchu's famous and high-quality specialties, promote hubei's intangible cultural heritage, recommend jingchu's scenic spots and historical sites, and other forms of content, innovate live broadcasts, and connect jingchu.
vi. participation method
(1) contestants in the short video track must include the hashtag #见新荆彩 when posting their entries on the douyin platform. the duration of the entry must be within 5 minutes, of which the host’s on-screen time must not be less than 30% of the total duration.
(ii) to participate in the live broadcast track, you must include the hashtag #seenewjingcai in the live broadcast introduction of the live broadcast room. after the live broadcast, you must provide a screenshot of the live broadcast data (must include the live broadcast theme and introduction with the topic, number of viewers, peak number of online users, etc.), live broadcast replay (more than 10 minutes), and a 3-minute live broadcast highlight clip. all three registration information are indispensable.

3. announcement of results: late december 2024. the results of the awards will be announced in december 2024 through the pc version, client version, wechat public account, tiktok account, and video account of jingchu.com (hubei daily online).

10. participation requirements
1. the video images of the entries must be clear and stable, with natural colors, the host’s voice must be clear, and the image must be positive and optimistic.
2. all entries must be original works of the contestants and must not infringe any patents, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights of any other person. if the works published by the shortlisted and winning contestants are found to contain plagiarism or other infringements, the organizer has the right to disqualify them from the competition and take back the prize money, trophy and certificate. any legal disputes arising from this shall be borne by the contestants themselves. the organizer reserves the final decision-making power on the competition matters.
