the main characteristics of natural disasters across the country in august are:

the heavy rainfall process showed "more in the north and south, less in the middle", with strong local extremes. in august, there were 5 large-scale rainfall processes across the country, with an average precipitation of 92.3 mm, 10% less than the same period of previous years.
