from 0:00 on september 7 to 24:00 on september 16, tianchen west road in chaoyang district is prohibited from passing from the intersection of datun road and tianchen west road (excluding) to the intersection of national stadium north road and tianchen west road (excluding) in both north-south directions, and tianchen east road is prohibited from passing from the intersection of datun road and tianchen east road (excluding) to the intersection of national stadium north road and tianchen east road (excluding) in the north-south direction. except for vehicles and personnel holding special certificates for the 2024 china international fair for trade in services, other vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from passing. passing vehicles and pedestrians can detour via beichen west road, national stadium north road, datun road, and beichen east road.
