according to the introduction, the "li zhang" mainly plays a leading role in party building and is responsible for implementing the management work of the li, including comprehensive environmental governance, conflict mediation, etc. the "fang zhang" plays the role of the head of the fang, responsible for communication and coordination within the fang, maintaining neighborhood harmony, policy publicity, opening up the "last mile" of serving the people, and creating a civilized and orderly big family in the fang.

"haolifang" council, looking for the greatest common divisor
