after research and decision by the group management, the following appointments are made:

1. appoint group president lu weibing to concurrently serve as president of the mobile phone division and report to group ceo lei jun.

2. appoint zeng xuezhong, the group’s senior vice president, as president of the international business department and continue to be in charge of the internet business department, reporting to lu weibing, the group’s president.

3. appoint xu xuan as the chairman of the group quality committee, reporting to group vice president qu heng; at the same time, xu xuan also serves as the general manager of the intelligent manufacturing department of the mobile phone department, reporting to group vice president yan kesheng.

4. appoint wen fei as deputy chief of staff of the group’s general staff department, and report to group chief of staff pan jiutang.
