the electronic versions of the loan agreements for zheng gang's two loans have been found, and luo yonghao said he has asked his financial colleagues to look for the originals in the database.

regarding zheng gang's claim of "mortgaging a house to borrow money", luo yonghao said that when smartisan technology was short of production funds, it had an operating loan from a beijing bank, and the bank required asset mortgage. luo yonghao revealed that an old friend of his helped provide three houses as mortgage, and zheng gang also provided a house as mortgage.

through these four houses, smartisan technology obtained a total of 49 million operating loans. however, these loans had been repaid to the bank long before smartisan technology's incident, with the last loan repayment date being february 6, 2018, and the mortgages of the four houses had long been cancelled.

luo yonghao said that zheng gang confused the facts and described the 15 million yuan lent by zihui to hammer as money borrowed by mortgaging a house, causing the public to believe that luo yonghao personally defaulted on his debt. he also emphasized that the money was originally the result of debt-to-equity swaps agreed by both parties.

luo yonghao also stated that the 15 million yuan loaned to smartisan technology by the company was indeed a huge help, and no matter how serious the dispute with zheng gang was, he was still very grateful for the help. he said that in view of zheng gang's attitude towards him, his money would be processed in the last debt repayment.
