notice on temporary traffic restrictions
the third stage (round of 18) of the 2026 world cup asian qualifiers will be played between the chinese national team and the saudi arabian national team.september 10, 2024 (tuesday) 20:00 at dalian souyuwan football stadiumin order to ensure safe and orderly traffic during the competition, according to article 39 of the road traffic safety law of the people's republic of china, temporary traffic restrictions will be implemented on some roads in the barracuda bay area on the day of the competition. the notice is as follows:
1. from 9:00 to 24:00 on september 10, 2024, parking is prohibited on both sides of the following roads:
(1) the east side of wanjing street from hemei street to gongxing street.
(ii) shared street from wanding road to no. 13 road.
(3) shared street from wanjing street to wanding road.
(iv) wanjing street to wanhong street in pinbo street.
(5) hefeng road from wanding road to wanjing street.
vehicles are prohibited from passing through the above-mentioned road sections (excluding hefeng road) from 15:00 to 24:00 on the same day.
2. from 20:00 on september 10, 2024 to 24:00 on the same day, vehicles are prohibited from passing through the following roads and streets:
(1) wanhong street from pinbo street to gongxing street.
(ii) fenjin street from wanding road to wanhong street.
3. the section from wanjing street to wanding road on hemei street will be adjusted to a one-way road from south to north depending on the situation.
4. spectators' vehicles can be parked on both sides of wanding road from hefeng road to gongxing street and on the roads in the souyu bay area north of wanding road. due to limited parking resources in the souyu bay area, fans are advised to take public transportation to watch the game.

5. the public security traffic management department will adjust the restricted time and scope according to the on-site situation. vehicles and pedestrians passing through are requested to follow the on-site traffic signs and police instructions.
6. units and citizens along the route are requested to make reasonable travel arrangements in advance. during the event, people can enter and exit the shoyu bay area via dongkuai road, wanding road, hefeng road, wanjing street (the section west of hefeng road), and dalian bay undersea tunnel.
