it home reported on september 4 that lg electronics launched its latest ultra-thin notebook lg gram 16 pro at ifa 2024. this is also lg's first laptop equipped with intel core ultra series cpu.

unfortunately, lg did not provide information such as price, only stating that the lg gram 16 pro will be available at the end of 2024. according to previous reports by it home, the lg gram pro is equipped with a 2560 x 1600 resolution 144hz refresh rate screen, weighs only 1199 grams, and is only 12.4 mm thick.

this model is equipped with intel's newly released core ultra 200v series (lunar lake) processor, which can provide 48 tops of npu computing power, so this is also lg's first model that qualifies as a copilot+ pc.

lg notes that thanks to the lunar lake processor's integrated gpu (67 tops), combined with the cpu's raw computing power, the platform can get a total of 120 tops of ai performance. lg says this model can better handle "advanced ai features such as productivity assistants, text and image creation, and collaboration tools."
