on september 3, a reporter from sichuan news learned from the sichuan provincial medical security bureau that the bureau recently issued a relevant notice, announcing 15 price items and medical insurance payment policies for medical services that will be transferred to the "internet +" category, including internet follow-up visits, remote consultations, remote outpatient clinics, and remote pacemaker monitoring.
in recent years, according to the relevant requirements of the national medical insurance bureau, sichuan province has successively issued 19 "internet +" medical service price projects and unified charging standards for the province, of which 15 have expired in the trial period. according to relevant regulations, the provincial medical insurance bureau will perform relevant procedures such as data collection, information review, reporting and review, soliciting opinions, expert demonstration, risk assessment, legality review, and collective deliberation, and will convert the 15 "internet +" medical service price projects that have expired in the trial period into formal medical service price projects.
15 “internet +” medical service price items, including 1 internet follow-up visit, 9 remote consultations, 4 remote outpatient clinics and 1 remote pacemaker monitoring.among them, "internet follow-up" is provided by doctors with more than 3 years of independent clinical work experience to provide diagnosis and treatment services directly to patients with common diseases and chronic diseases, regardless of the level of medical personnel. the price standard is 30 yuan/time, 26 yuan/time, 22 yuan/time, and 18 yuan/time according to the level of tertiary, tertiary b, secondary, and secondary b hospitals. in "remote consultation", the price of dual-disciplinary consultation in tertiary hospitals shall not exceed 420 yuan/time, and that in tertiary b hospitals shall not exceed 357 yuan/time; multi-disciplinary consultation (3 or more disciplines) in tertiary hospitals shall not exceed 604 yuan/time, and that in tertiary b hospitals shall not exceed 513 yuan/time; dual-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary consultations do not distinguish between the levels of medical personnel; the invited parties are limited to tertiary hospitals. the invited party of remote icu bedside emergency consultation should respond within 1 hour; the price of a single-discipline remote icu bedside emergency consultation in a tertiary hospital shall not exceed rmb 512 per time, and the price of a remote icu bedside emergency consultation in 2 or more disciplines in a tertiary hospital shall not exceed rmb 762 per time; the invited parties are limited to tertiary hospitals, regardless of the level of the doctor.
the relevant person in charge of the provincial medical insurance bureau introduced that the prices of the 15 "internet +" medical services announced are the implementation standards for public medical institutions in the province. among them, the "internet follow-up" service has been newly added at a price of 3 yuan per visit for public medical institutions below class ii b in the province.
patients who receive "internet +" medical services pay according to the project price performed by the invited party. if it involves multiple entities such as the inviting party, the invited party and the technical support party, or involves different departments of the same entity, the parties shall negotiate and determine the distribution relationship among themselves.
public medical institutions should strictly implement price disclosure and clear price tag systems based on patient informed consent and accept social supervision.
it is understood that15 “internet +” medical service pricing items have been implemented since august 26 and will be valid for 5 years.at the same time,medical insurance payment shall be made according to class b category.
