in his opinion, spatiotemporal intelligence has three basic capabilities: spatiotemporal perception, spatiotemporal coordination, and spatiotemporal benchmark. it can help machines perceive the surrounding environment and obtain accurate spatial and temporal information. at the same time, it can also help machines perform calculations, allowing them to obtain spatiotemporal intelligence and make autonomous decisions. my country can build a new beidou industry ecosystem based on spatiotemporal intelligence infrastructure and accelerate the promotion of beidou's large-scale application.
for example, it can support the integration of high-precision space-time services at the hardware levels of chips, modules, and antennas, and provide new core components to terminal manufacturers such as automobiles, mobile phones, drones, and internet of things devices, which can significantly reduce the price of high-precision equipment and expand the scale of application; collaborate with manufacturers of various aiot devices such as smartphones and wearable devices to provide equipment with better positioning performance for consumer-level applications; and work with application partners to integrate scenarios such as traffic management, urban management, and dangerous building monitoring to help city managers improve their management capabilities.
