(hereinafter referred to as "huixing intelligent manufacturing") was established in 2006 and is a smart manufacturing solution provider. on september 29, 2016, huixing intelligent manufacturing was listed on the new third board. in october 2023, huixing intelligent manufacturing's application for listing on the beijing stock exchange was accepted.
same trade name used by peers
huixing intelligent manufacturing was formerly known as "dongguan huilixing mechanical and electrical co., ltd." and "guangdong huilixing precision technology co., ltd.". in 2016, after huixing intelligent manufacturing changed its name, it still retained the trade name "huilixing".
according to the prospectus, huixing intelligent manufacturing has a total of 7 holding subsidiaries, two of which have "huilixing" in their names, and huixing intelligent manufacturing owns multiple "huilixing" trademarks. in addition, the name of huixing intelligent manufacturing's taobao store is "huilixing automation parts".
however, a search on taobao found that in addition to "huilixing automation parts", there is another store called "shenzhen huilixing precision intelligent manufacturing co., ltd. enterprise store", which also contains "huilixing". entering the enterprise store, it was found that the products in the store were all marked "non-standard customization", including various precision parts and accessories, which overlapped with huixing intelligent manufacturing's main business.
qichacha shows that shenzhen huilixing precision intelligent manufacturing co., ltd. was originally named "shenzhen hongfuxing automation equipment co., ltd.". the company was established in 2018 and changed its name to its current name in april this year; the company's shareholders are natural persons xie jinlian and peng naizhen.
the same trade name and taobao store may cause confusion. huixing intelligent manufacturing should strengthen the protection of its trade name.
a suspicious point appeared on a company's official website
a search of huixing intelligent manufacturing revealed that there was a company claiming to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of huixing intelligent manufacturing on its official website (url: http://www.chengpanggroup.com, hereinafter referred to as: shengbang website).
the website states that shengbang brand is a holding company under huixing intelligent manufacturing group, with a long-term brand strategic partnership. it is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, design, production, manufacturing and after-sales of gear reducers.
shengbang's website only displays the words "chengbang shengbang precision reducer" and does not disclose the full name of the company it belongs to. the disclosed customer service hotline is (0769) 38988888. according to qichacha, this phone number is consistent with the company's contact number disclosed in huixing zhizao's 2017 annual report. in addition, the friendly link on shengbang's website also points to huixing zhizao's official website.

huixing intelligent manufacturing disclosed in its prospectus that shengbang precision technology (guangdong) co., ltd. (hereinafter referred to as shengbang precision) is a supplier of huixing intelligent manufacturing and is also a shareholder holding 0.88% of huixing intelligent manufacturing's shares.
according to qichacha, shengbang precision has only two shareholders, yan jinhua and hu qianbing, who hold 5% and 95% of the shares respectively. a person with the same name as "hu qianbing" can be found in huixing zhizao's prospectus. according to the prospectus, as of the end of june 2023, huixing zhizao's other payables to non-related party hu qianbing amounted to rmb 200,000, with an age of 2 to 3 years.
in addition, yan jinhua and hu qianbing are shareholders of dongguan chengbang precision electromechanical co., ltd. (hereinafter referred to as chengbang precision). qichacha disclosed that chengbang precision has multiple trademarks showing the word "shengbang".
