on january 25, li fen received a decision letter from the qujiang district civil affairs bureau via express delivery to cancel her marriage registration.

on march 1, the qujiang district procuratorate submitted a procuratorial recommendation for retrial to the qujiang district court in accordance with the law, stating that li fen did not have the true intention to enter into marriage with jin feng, the marriage between the two parties should be invalid, and the original judgment had incorrect facts and should be retried.

on march 20, the qujiang district court issued a civil ruling to re-examine the case, and on the 26th of the same month issued a civil ruling to revoke the divorce judgment between li fen and jin feng. in the end, with the cooperation of the qujiang district procuratorate, the civil affairs bureau, and the court, li fen's marriage fraud in qujiang district was finally properly resolved.

in order to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the parties and crack down on hidden illegal infringements, the qujiang district procuratorate sent letters to the local procuratorates of five families in other provinces across the country involved in li fen's marriage registration case to transfer case clues, and at the same time assisted in investigating several other marriage registrations and whether there were any reports of the man being deceived into marriage.

based on the wedding photos and handwriting collected, the public security authorities discovered that the person who registered for marriage under the name of li fen was actually the same person.although he was suspected of criminal offenses, the public security organs criticized and educated him because the statute of limitations for criminal prosecution had expired.

on the day before may day in 2024, through the joint efforts of relevant procuratorates, li fen’s six "impersonation marriage" registrations were all revoked, and the judgments involving civil divorce were also corrected one after another.

after the case of li fen was concluded, the qujiang district procuratorate retrieved information on 90 people whose marriage registrations had been revoked from the district's civil affairs bureau and the quzhou city kecheng district civil affairs bureau, and retrieved information on 45 people convicted of bigamy from the zhejiang provincial procuratorate's judgment document retrieval system. the above data was compared with the court judgment document information on the zhejiang procuratorate's big data application platform, and eight suspicious persons were found. ultimately, four erroneous civil judgments were verified.

based on the successful supervision of the qujiang district procuratorate, the quzhou city procuratorate promptly promoted the civil procuratorial supervision model of "marriage registration involving impersonation" throughout the city, carried out special digital supervision activities, and further expanded the supervision effect.
