01 drought and floods in xikou make me sigh for the long road ahead

in the early spring morning, we traveled west along the yellow river and arrived at dakou village in longkou town. this village is adjacent to the yellow river in the south, facing hequ county, shanxi province, across the river, and adjacent to fugu county, shaanxi province in the west, close to the great wall.
