the public is welcome to visit the campus. at the same time, in order to create a warm and harmonious campus environment, please abide by the following conventions:
1. actively show your valid id or shanghai qr code at the gate. minors must be accompanied by an adult with guardianship responsibilities and cooperate with security team members to verify and enter the school in an orderly manner;
2. ensure the safety of yourself and your family during the visit;
3. obey traffic rules and pay attention to traffic safety. bicyclists must be at least 12 years old. do not place children in the basket when riding non-motorized vehicles;
4. please do not enter teaching and research offices and student dormitories, and do not stay around to play or make loud noises;
5. take good care of campus property, do not deface or damage sculptures, statues and other facilities on campus, do not occupy public facilities for a long time, do not lie on seats, do not litter or engage in other uncivilized behavior;
6. if you need to eat in the school cafeteria, please avoid peak hours, queue up to get food, refuse to borrow cards from teachers and students, pay attention to dining etiquette, practice the "clean plate" campaign, and jointly maintain a civilized dining environment;
7. commit not to engage in the following actions:
(1) carrying out mass activities such as art, sports, etc. on campus without approval;
(2) distributing advertisements, promotional materials, posting slogans, or conducting commercial, cultural and creative activities on campus without authorization;
(3) taking photos, videos, or live broadcasts of teaching, work, or daily life without the approval of the school, or other behaviors that disrupt the normal teaching, work, or daily life order of the school;
(4) bringing pets into school;
(5) setting up tents, camping, picnicking, flying kites, etc. on campus.
the school has the right to stop or persuade students to leave if they violate this convention or engage in other behaviors that affect campus safety and civilization, and to take measures to refuse them from entering the school again.
