cao lijun, 51, was born in november 1972 in changsha, hunan province. he holds a master's degree in management. he served in hunan for a long time in his early years and served as mayor of changde city. in june 2020, he left hunan and moved to sichuan to serve as vice governor of sichuan province. in january 2022, he concurrently served as secretary of the mianyang municipal party committee. in march 2022, he served as member of the standing committee of the sichuan provincial party committee and secretary of the mianyang municipal party committee.
