for student dormitories with centralized heating, each student is provided with a monthly quota of 5 kwh of electricity and 2 tons of cold water. for the amount exceeding the quota, the school may charge the student at the price prescribed by the state. the price of hot water is included in the service charge management and is charged after being determined based on the actual cost of raw materials consumed. for student dormitories with natural gas water heaters installed in the rooms, each student is provided with a monthly quota of 5 kwh of electricity, 2 tons of cold water, and 5 cubic meters of gas. for the amount exceeding the quota, the school may charge the student at the price prescribed by the state.
