(1) reporting domestic (construction) waste pollution, which should be handled by the sanitation department;

(ii) dust pollution from construction sites (vehicles, roads) should be handled by the comprehensive law enforcement department of urban management;

(viii) any report that construction noise is disturbing residents due to construction not taking place within the prescribed time should be handled by the municipal urban management law enforcement team, the governments of various districts, and the development zone management committee.
