Phoenix.com Technology News, August 28, Beijing time, according to a memo sent by TikTok's head of operations Adam Presser to some employees, TikTok's head of content strategy and policy Nicole Iacopetti will leave the company on September 6 this year.

Iacoppetti previously worked at Disney and joined TikTok in 2020, serving in various positions including chief of staff. The memo states that in 2020, she helped TikTok "respond to the first wave of U.S. attempts to ban the app."

She told employees she would spend time with her family and focus on "exploring opportunities that align with my passion for social change."

This year has been a turbulent year for TikTok employees, who have faced a potential ban in the United States and the first large-scale layoffs earlier this year. In addition, TikTok has also experienced the departure of senior employees and senior leaders. (Author/Xiao Yu)
