In order to actively guide enterprises in the jurisdiction to fully and correctly understand the new "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" and provide clearer and more specific legal guidance, the first event of Shijiu Street's "Red Harbor Integrated in Shijiu" government-bank-enterprise salon was held in Rizhao Platform Economic Industrial Park. More than 30 senior executives from resident companies including Tiande Seaview City participated in the event.
During the event, Chen Chao, deputy section chief of the Credit Supervision Section of the Donggang District Market Supervision Bureau, gave a detailed explanation of the revision process, main contents, and supporting regulations such as the registered capital registration management system of the new Company Law. At the same time, he also combined cases in his daily work to deeply analyze the new changes and key issues in the new Company Law.
Han Ruifei, senior account manager of Shijiu Branch of Donggang Rural Commercial Bank, gave a detailed introduction to the preferential policies for enterprises and related credit products, enabling enterprises to have a deeper understanding of various preferential policies for enterprises and providing them with more choices and conveniences in terms of their funding needs.
The "Free Talk Questionnaire" was distributed at the event, and each company used it to communicate on the spot and put forward the bottlenecks and difficulties encountered in the process of economic development as well as their own demands and suggestions. In addition, the event also explained the importance and benefits of the inclusion of technology-based SMEs in the database, and introduced in detail the process and requirements for inclusion in the database.
