The reporter saw two intelligent production lines operating simultaneously in the more than 200-meter-long loader assembly workshop of Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Liugong). A loader needs to go through 22 workstations to complete the final assembly and the two production lines can complete the production of 100 loaders a day.
On August 26, the reporter followed the interview activity themed "Build a Strong Community and Be One Chinese Family" and "The New Look of the Land of Guangxi" to visit Liugong in Liuzhou, Guangxi.
"This is the intelligent assembly line for loaders. One line produces electric loaders and the other produces fuel loaders. The crane above the workshop adopts an aerial suspension structure to automatically deliver all medium and large materials to the workstations. The production capacity per unit area has increased by nearly 30%, and the production efficiency ranks first in the industry." He Lingjuan, a staff member of Liugong Intelligent Manufacturing Research Institute, told reporters.
It is understood that in March 2023, the intelligent loader factory built by Liugong with an investment of 2 billion yuan was fully put into operation. Through the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing, the external feedback rate of machine quality dropped by 71%, and the order delivery time was shortened by 48%.
LiuGong's loader intelligent factory has the capacity to produce 31,000 loaders and 2,000 graders annually, and develops and manufactures loaders ranging from 1 ton to 25 tons. It currently has more than 30 overseas subsidiaries and institutions, 5 major R&D bases and more than 500 dealers around the world. LiuGong is a united family including 27 ethnic minorities such as Zhuang, Yao, Dong, Miao and Mongolian, and has made positive contributions to promoting the economic development of local ethnic areas.
