After intensive preparation and implementation in the early stage, the main construction, decoration, landscaping and supporting facilities of the first phase of Tongzhou Suiyuan Nursing Home project, the first district-level nursing home in Tongzhou District, Beijing, have been completed.
At present, the project has been put into trial operation. During the trial operation period, the whole park is open to visitors, and it is expected to be officially put into operation before the National Day this year. The first phase of two nursing buildings and more than 170 rooms have been opened for reservation.
The project is located at North Fourth Street, Huangxing, Tongzhou District. It has been under construction since 2020 and is jointly invested and constructed by the Tongzhou District Civil Affairs Bureau and Beijing Vanke. It is a public-private elderly care center in Tongzhou District. The total construction area is nearly 30,000 square meters, with 7 buildings planned as a whole, nearly 700 beds, and a comprehensive building, a self-care building and a nursing building, which can provide 438 rooms, and can provide independent living, assisted living, professional care and other "one-stop" continuous elderly care services for self-care, assisted and cared-for elderly people.
"The monthly comprehensive fee for Tongzhou Suiyuan starts at 7,000 yuan, and the current number of reservations has exceeded 100 rooms." According to staff from the District Civil Affairs Bureau, the concept of smart elderly care was incorporated into the project during the early design. Through the independently developed full-cycle intelligent care platform V-Care, six major service modules (medical care/nursing/catering/entertainment/property/butler) were sorted out to provide standard and meticulous services for the elderly, bring offline services online, personalize standard services, and make the entire service process transparent.
