The reporter learned that this year, our province adjusted the way of organizing art exams and the method of marking the line, and merged the admission batches of undergraduate arts from the original undergraduate advance batch and undergraduate batch into the undergraduate advance batch, and the number of volunteers increased from 30 to 45; for the first time, the nine public security colleges and universities that recruited in the undergraduate advance batch, including the People's Public Security University of China, adopted the parallel volunteer method for admission, and set up 45 college professional group volunteers; the number of parallel volunteers for the general undergraduate advance batch and the sports undergraduate advance batch was increased from 30 to 45. All reform measures were successful and smooth, and all recruiting colleges and universities were highly satisfied with the quality of students in our province. The enrollment plans of most colleges and universities in the undergraduate advance batch and undergraduate batch were basically fully enrolled at one time, especially the one-time completion rate of the public security colleges and universities reached 100%, and the one-time completion rate of the Chuyi plan reached 99.5%, and efforts were made to promote the reform of enrollment and admission to achieve practical results.
In addition, our province actively provides good services to candidates during the admission period and further strengthens information disclosure. During the admission period, the official website of the Hunan Provincial Education Examination Institute, the Hunan Admissions Examination Information Port, and the Hunan Examination and Admissions WeChat public account published information such as the volunteer application and admission schedule, filing status, and recruitment plan for each batch more than 200 times, with a cumulative reading volume of more than 3 million times. During the admission process, we will further strengthen information exchange and plan docking with colleges and universities, and actively strive for colleges and universities to add enrollment plans in our province. At key points in each batch, we will send volunteer application reminders, filing status, admission status and other information through the SMS platform. We will open up consultation and petition channels, answer more than 7,300 consultation calls, and receive more than 350 candidates and parents on site. We will care for special candidate groups and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates.
