Starting from polishing parts, assembling a programmable obstacle-crossing truck, becoming familiar with the characteristics of various Chinese medicinal materials and weighing them accurately. In the national finals of the National Youth Labor Skills and Intelligent Design Competition, more than 9,000 young contestants selected from 110,000 contestants are competing in the finals. They are competing in 13 events such as mechanical design, super craftsmen, and smart home.
Zheng Nanning, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and president of the Chinese Automation Society: Through the cultivation of labor skills and the practice of intelligent design, students can give full play to their imagination to achieve the combination of science and hands-on. Students are encouraged to think wildly, let their minds fly, and break some conventional and inherent disciplinary concepts.
The competition was themed "Intelligent Education Leads the Future and Creates New Quality Production" and was hosted by the Chinese Automation Society. Experts and scholars from academia, industry, and education discussed topics such as intelligent education and new models of balanced education development through conference reports, summit dialogues, parallel forums, etc., providing new ideas and directions for the development of artificial intelligence education.
