Recently, at the 2024 Venucia Brand Technology Open Day event, Venucia brought its flagship product VX6 to conduct a series of experiments including fire, puncture, extrusion, and wading, demonstrating to the outside world its strong technical strength in the three-electric field.
"As early as last year, Venucia proposed the concept of 'integrated vehicle and battery safety' to create a more three-dimensional battery safety system. Through five-dimensional safety protection of battery cells, BMS, battery packs, entire vehicles and the cloud, the whole family can travel without worries." said Wang Baojun, head of the Venucia Business Headquarters of Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Company.
He revealed that in terms of battery cells, Luban Battery uses high-safety battery cells that exceed national standards, with safe and reliable quality; in terms of battery packs, the dust and water resistance level reaches IP67, which can provide effective protection even when immersed in sea water; the battery pack is organically integrated with the bottom protection structure of the vehicle to provide more effective safety protection.
In addition, Venucia has also increased safety protection efforts on the vehicle side, using a multi-channel cage-type body, aviation-grade aluminum alloy battery cabin, and a high proportion of 1.8GPa ultra-high-strength steel to provide all-round safety protection on the vehicle side with new structures, new materials, and new processes.
Thanks to its long-term efforts in the field of automotive electronics, Venucia products have been able to pass multiple extreme tests. At the event, Venucia Luban Battery also received the "New Energy Vehicle Safety Challenge Certificate" issued by China Automotive Data Co., Ltd., which covers five dimensions of safety challenge certification: bottom scraping test, fire resistance, water impact resistance, bottom ball impact and G-collision resistance, further proving the safety of Venucia products.
With vehicle and electrical safety as the cornerstone, Venucia is accelerating its development. The reporter learned that Venucia currently adopts the three power technology routes developed by Dongfeng Nissan Technology Center: plug-in hybrid, pure electric and hydrogen energy, and focuses on the fields of smart cockpit, smart driving, electronic architecture and software, realizing a comprehensive new energy technology layout, namely the "three vertical and three horizontal" strategy.
"Safety is not just about the battery itself. The real safety is when the battery is placed on the car."
