Beijing News Shell Finance (Reporter Chen Weicheng) From August 21st to 25th, the 2024 World Robot Conference was held in Beijing Yizhuang. Service robot company Qinglang Intelligent brings applications and customized solutions in the fields of catering, hotels, and medical care. In an interview with Beijing News Shell Finance reporter, Wan Bin, COO of Qinglang Intelligent, said that currently, more than half of the company's revenue comes from overseas markets. As for the listing plan, it is hoped that this goal can be achieved in recent years.
The 2024 World Robot Conference is unprecedentedly popular. With the theme of "Co-cultivating New Quality Productivity and Sharing an Intelligent New Future", forums, exhibitions, competitions and supporting activities will be held at the same time, and new innovative robot products and new application scenarios will be unveiled.

At the 2024 World Robot Conference, Kinglong Intelligent set up catering, hotel and medical scenes. Kinglong Robot T10 can guide customers to their seats, deliver meals, return plates and other services; delivery robot W3 and cleaning robot C30 can autonomously take the elevator across floors to complete tasks, greatly improving the hotel's operational efficiency. Disinfection robots and medical delivery robots X101 have improved the hospital's work efficiency and overall refined management and control capabilities.
According to a Zhiyan Consulting report, in recent years, with the development of core technologies such as navigation and positioning, motion control, and artificial intelligence, as well as the increasing demand for intelligent reception, unmanned delivery, and unmanned retail, new opportunities have been brought to the development of service robots from both the supply and demand sides. my country's service robot industry has begun to take shape. In 2023, China's service robot market will be nearly 55 billion yuan.
"At present, the business models of robot companies such as Qinglang, Gaoxian, and Yunji have been fully verified in service scenarios such as restaurants, hotels, and cleaning, and can be commercialized on a large scale." Wan Bin introduced that Qinglang's intelligent products are mainly aimed at commercial service industries, such as restaurant scenarios, hotel scenarios, medical and health care scenarios, etc. Among the service industries, the restaurant market has the largest size, followed by the hotel market.
In recent years, AI big models have emerged one after another and become a hot topic in the market, which will also change the robotics industry. Wan Bin believes that AI big models can make a breakthrough in the amount of robot knowledge, make robot interaction more natural, break down communication barriers, and better adapt to the international market.
Currently, humanoid robots are attracting much attention. Does the company have any plans? Wan Bin mentioned that the company is launching embodied intelligent service robots with commercial prospects, and combined with the massive and mature business scenarios accumulated by Qinglang since its establishment, it may also move towards humanoid robots in the future. However, the company's philosophy is that the robots developed and produced must be practical and useful and must be commercialized.
Wan Bin believes that at present, humanoid robots are still some distance away from commercialization. In the long run, humanoid robots will have a wide range of application scenarios in life, or will be seamlessly embedded in people's life scenarios. However, "shape" is just a representation, and humanoid robots should pay more attention to the design of "shape". For example, the shape of an aircraft is derived from a bird, but the wings do not flap up and down. At present, the humanoid robot industry is at the peak of concept, and everyone's cognition will gradually mature.
