From August 22 to 23, the country's largest law enforcement official ship, the "Haixun 09", jointly with the Shanwei Maritime Safety Administration carried out patrol law enforcement operations, further consolidating the stability of the water transportation safety situation in the Shanwei area.
In this joint patrol, the patrol formation of "Haixun 09" and "Haixun 09351" and several drones conducted a comprehensive patrol inspection of key sea areas such as Xiaomo Port and its waterways, waters near Jiangmu Island, Zhalang waters, and Lufeng offshore wind farm. It is the fishing season, there are many fishing boats in Shanwei, and the fishing boat operation area overlaps with the main north-south shipping routes of commercial ships, and the water traffic environment is complex. The patrol formation pays special attention to the navigation order of the main waterways, clears the obstructing fishing nets in time, and persuades the obstructing fishing boats that mistakenly enter the construction area to leave, ensuring the smooth passage of the waterway and the safe operation of the fishing boats.
At the same time, the cruise fleet used the VHF communication system to conduct "one-on-one" high-frequency verification, checked the duty status of the passing ships' bridges, and reminded the ships to strengthen their duty and lookout, guiding merchant ships and fishing boats to go their own way and sail in an orderly manner, effectively preventing collisions between merchant ships and fishing boats.
It is reported that the "Haixun 09" is equipped with advanced equipment and strong comprehensive capabilities. It is my country's first 10,000-ton maritime ship. As the country's largest maritime law enforcement official ship, it can carry multiple types of ship-borne helicopters. This time it participated in the patrol and law enforcement operations in the waters under the jurisdiction of Shanwei, which greatly improved the efficiency and deterrence of the patrol, effectively tested the joint command and law enforcement cooperation capabilities of the three-level maritime agencies, and strengthened the effectiveness of the "commercial and fishery co-governance" work during the fishing season.
