Recently, the Electronic Intelligence Institute Community of Babaoshan Street was awarded the honorary title of "Beijing Municipal Living Waste Classification Demonstration Community". This is the second time that the Electronic Intelligence Institute Community has been awarded this honor.
Since the implementation of the "Beijing Waste Classification Management Regulations", the Electronic Intelligence Institute Community of Babaoshan Street, under the leadership of the Street Party Working Committee, has actively played the role of a grassroots party organization, pooled resources from all parties, and worked together to carry out community domestic waste classification work. With the continuous promotion and continuous efforts in recent years, the domestic waste disposal environment in the community has become increasingly clean, the publicity atmosphere has become increasingly strong, and the awareness of waste classification has become increasingly popular.
Improve the "soft" environment and make garbage sorting a "new daily routine"

The Electronic Intelligence Institute community has continuously innovated and carried out a series of daily publicity activities, such as posting posters, distributing brochures, door-to-door publicity, conducting garbage classification lectures, and holding green environmental protection theme activities, to popularize garbage classification knowledge, subtly improve residents' environmental awareness, and guide more people to participate in garbage classification actions.
Relevant community staff said that garbage classification is a habit that should be practiced in daily life. In this way, it can not only enrich the cultural life of residents, but also enhance everyone's awareness and participation in garbage classification, thus creating a good atmosphere for household garbage classification.
Improve the "hard" mechanism to inject long-term momentum into garbage classification
In order to ensure the solid and orderly progress of garbage classification, the Electronic Intelligence Institute community has established a complete supervision mechanism. Community staff and property management personnel regularly inspect the garbage classification situation, organize volunteers to participate in the duty of the bin station, and promptly correct and guide irregular disposal behaviors to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of garbage classification.
At the same time, the community actively urges the property management to regularly clean and maintain the garbage bins and the surrounding environment to ensure the cleanliness and functional integrity of the garbage sorting facilities. The property management also regularly organizes professional garbage sorting training to continuously improve business standards, ensure strict implementation of various work requirements for domestic garbage sorting, and better guide and serve residents.
Through the combination of "soft and hard", the garbage sorting work in the Electronic Intelligence Institute community has achieved remarkable results.
