Planning and design tasks

Overall appearance improvement research: Including Xinzhuang Village, Shatuo Village, Dongxincheng Village, and Xixincheng Village, with the greening in front of and behind houses, landscape nodes, architectural style, street walls, and flying wire management as the key contents, carry out research on improving the overall appearance of the "1+3" area, promote the demonstration construction of rural revitalization, improve the village environmental quality and public service level, and promote rural revitalization.

Qualifications of applicants

The applicant (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") shall be a legally registered legal entity or a project consortium composed of legally registered legal entities.

Applicants should have the ability and experience in urban and rural planning, architectural design, landscape design, public environment design or public art design.

This solicitation project accepts joint applications.

Each member of the consortium shall jointly sign a consortium agreement.

The member units that make up the project consortium shall not apply for prequalification separately in their own name, nor shall they join other consortiums of the project to apply for prequalification at the same time.

Except for members within the consortium, there should be no affiliation between applicants participating in the solicitation.
