On August 19, a statement issued by Yishide related to Ideal Auto circulated on social platforms. The statement said that Yishide would terminate all relations with Ideal Auto from now on, and stated that Ideal Auto had deceived it into writing an apology letter and used the apology letter to slander Yishide.

It is worth noting that after explaining the dispute with Ideal Auto, the statement pointed the finger at the founder of Ideal Auto, stating that it would regularly publish Li Xiang's physical data trained and identified based on public Internet data, and that if no intervention was taken, Li Xiang would die of liver cancer in the near future.

The Legal Department of Ideal Auto stated that the propaganda had no factual basis and was a rumor and deception of consumers. After a stern warning, Yishide had deleted all infringing content and issued a written apology letter to Ideal Auto.

As of the time of writing by Securities China, Li Auto's Hong Kong stocks rose 1.05% to HK$81.5 per share.

Ideal: Reported to the police!

Just now, the legal department of Ideal Auto made a new statement through Weibo: Ideal Auto has never conducted any business negotiations and cooperation with Yishide (Beijing) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. On July 12, Ideal Auto issued a statement through the official Weibo of the legal department to clarify the facts. In response to the online rumors spread by Yishide, Ideal Auto has reported to the police.

The events are as follows:

- One day in June 2024, when Mr. Li Xiang was out for dinner, a passerby who claimed to be the owner of an Ideal Auto took a photo with him.

- On the evening of June 22, 2024, posters with rumored content such as Ideal Auto and Yishide Company’s AI medical cooperation, as well as photos with Mr. Li Xiang, appeared on various online platforms.

- On June 25, 2024, Ideal Auto sent a lawyer's letter to Yishide Company, requiring it to stop the infringement and bear the corresponding legal responsibilities.

- On July 3, 2024, Zhou, who claimed to be a staff member of Yishide Company, contacted the legal department of Ideal Auto. During the communication between the two parties on the apology, Zhou proposed a plan to use this incident for marketing hype, which Ideal Auto rejected.

- On July 6, 2024, Zhou issued an apology letter with the seal of Yishide Company.

- On July 12, 2024, the Legal Department of Ideal Auto issued an official statement to remind consumers not to be deceived.

- On August 19, 2024, Ideal Auto discovered that Yishide Company’s "Solemn Statement" appeared on platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Weibo. The content of the statement once again spread rumors that Yishide Company and Ideal Auto would stop all cooperation, ban Ideal Auto, and spread rumors about Mr. Li Xiang’s physical condition.

- On August 20, 2024, Ideal Auto reported the case to the public security authorities.

Ideal has issued a statement to clarify the facts

On July 12, the official Weibo account of the Legal Department of Ideal Auto said that Yishide (Beijing) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. spread online rumors through multiple self-media, claiming that it would carry out business cooperation with Ideal Auto in the field of AI medical care. The above propaganda content of Yishide Company has no factual basis and is a rumor and deception of consumers.

The manager of Ideal Auto's legal department issued a stern warning, and Yishide has deleted all infringing content and issued a written apology letter to Ideal Auto. Ideal Auto hereby publicly clarifies to prevent misunderstandings and losses among consumers.
