(hereinafter referred to as "Shunfa Food Packaging Company") recently underwent industrial and commercial changes. The grassroots trade union joint committee of Hangzhou Wahaha Group Co., Ltd. withdrew from the ranks of shareholders, and the company is now wholly owned by Zong Fuli.

Information on the website of the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System shows that Shunfa Food Packaging Company was established in March 2000, with Zong Fuli as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. The company's business scope includes production of packaging materials (excluding trademark printing), sales of general merchandise, clothing, hardware and electrical appliances, electronic products, building materials, textiles, chemical raw materials and products (except for hazardous chemicals and precursor chemicals) (except for those involving special access management measures stipulated by the state).

The change records show that in March this year, Zong Fuli took over Zong Qinghou's shares in Shunfa Food Packaging Company and served as the legal representative, executive director and manager.

According to Tianyancha's "foreign investment" information, Shunfa Food Packaging Co., Ltd. holds shares in Chongqing Fuling Wahaha Beverage Co., Ltd., Chaohu Wahaha Food Co., Ltd., Guiyang Wahaha Beverage Co., Ltd. and many other companies. (China News Service APP)
