Qingyang City joined hands with domestic digital economy research institutions and digital leading enterprises to jointly set data security standards, build a foundation for cluster security, and jointly cultivate the forest of digital shield industries, which also marked that the construction of Qingyang data center cluster has reached a new level.

Qingyang is one of the eight national hub nodes and ten data center clusters of the national integrated computing network. Over the past two years, Qingyang City has seized the opportunity of the "East Data West Computing" project construction, accelerated the construction of the national hub node of the national integrated computing network and the Qingyang data center cluster, and made every effort to build a digital economy industry chain worth hundreds of billions of yuan. At present, Qingyang has built 15,000 standard racks, with an average rack rate of over 80% and a computing power scale of 18,000P. A total of 2,886 digital economy companies have been connected, 689 have signed contracts, and 219 companies including China Energy Construction, Kingsoft Cloud, Qinhuai Data, and Easy Data have registered subsidiaries in Qingyang.

In order to effectively respond to the risks and challenges faced in the construction of the "East Data West Computing" project, Qingyang City integrated the development of computing power and security assurance, and built a comprehensive and scientific security protection system. Under the guidance of the National Information Center, in April this year, the Information and Network Security Department of the National Information Center and Qingyang City signed the "Qingyang Data Center Cluster "Digital Shield" System Construction Cooperation Framework Agreement", proposing to follow the overall idea of ​​"one top-level plan, a set of security standards, a security platform, and a group of security talents" to make Qingyang City the first place to propose, launch and use the national "Digital Shield" system standards, and take the lead in launching the "Digital Shield" system pilot demonstration project in the country, making Qingyang City the safest data center cluster in the country.
