From August 10 to 14, the 23rd China Girls Mathematical Olympiad (CGMO) was held at the High School Affiliated to Southwest University. Wang Zimu, a student from Class 20, Grade 2 of Hefei No. 1 High School, won the gold medal with her solid math skills and ranked first among the Anhui Provincial Team.
Wang Zimu has shown a strong interest in mathematics since he was young. In this competition, he was not afraid of strong mathematicians at home and abroad, worked hard and achieved excellent results.
The annual China Women's Mathematical Olympiad is one of the only two national competitions in middle school mathematics in China.
